All sales are final. No refunds shall be provided for the period of Research Services already availed by the client. Any complaints, dissatisfaction, or disagreement regarding the quality, accuracy, or outcome of the Research Services during the paid period shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation. Clients are advised to clearly understand that Sumedha Research does not provide any assurance, guarantee, or promise of returns on any research recommendations.

As per SEBI guideline, if a client requests cancellation of the subscription, a refund shall be applicable only for the unused portion of the subscription period. The refund amount shall be calculated strictly on a pro-rata basis after deducting charges for the services already availed, along with applicable taxes and administrative charges, if any.

No refunds shall be provided for services already delivered, irrespective of the client’s satisfaction level, market performance, trading losses, or the outcome of trades executed based on the research recommendations. Refund requests made solely due to unfavorable market movements or losses shall not be entertained.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing from the client’s registered email ID only and must clearly mention subscription details along with the reason for cancellation. If found eligible, the refund amount shall be credited to the original payment source within 30 days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid refund request.

Clients acknowledge that trading and investment in the securities market are subject to market risks, including possible loss of capital. Past performance of research recommendations does not guarantee future results.
